Onboarding and Getting Started

The process begins with an introductory phone call. We will discuss your needs and I will provide you with a brief overview of my services. Then, we can schedule a consultation where I will visit your property to perform a walk-through of the space.

I will make recommendations on how to maximize the home to appeal to potential buyers. This could include furniture placement, repairs or updates. After the meeting, a detailed report will be provided so a plan of action can be made.

Staging Your Home

I’m happy to offer services that cater to both vacant and occupied stages. If your home is vacant, I will facilitate the supply, delivery and placement of furniture, decor and finishing touches to help make your house feel like a home. If your home is occupied, I will use a combination of your belongings and outsourced furniture and decor to help boost appeal.

Listing, Sale and De-Staging

Once the staging is complete, you can move forward with listing your property! This may include marketing materials such as photography and videography, scheduling an open house, booking viewings, and more! Once your home has sold, I will facilitate the prompt and professional de-staging of your home.
